The Haith Star Soil Separator removes loose soil, clods, stones and other debris from crops post harvest.
Crop is presented to the rotating stars which can be either fixed or variable speed. As the produce travels over, the star fingers gently remove any soil and debris from the line of flow.
With operating widths up to 2400mm and a maximum of 12 rows of polyurethane stars, the cleaner can be specified to suit individual conditions for a wide range of crops including parsnips. carrots, swede, celeriac and potatoes.
The unit can be inserted into an existing system or as part of a new line.
